This exhibition features a selection of 10 images that were culled from a larger body of work. The subject matter features Demolition Derbies, a true Americana culture that was once a staple of midwestern County Fairs.
During the summer of 2025 I spent 3 months traveling across the Midwest for this
project. I attend a total of 14 demolition derbies in 4 states. During this time, I
became well acquainted with many of the participants and will continue the project
in the summer of 2026.
