My name is Tanishq Pratap Singh, an art practitioner, born and based in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, working across canvas, paper, and unconventional materials. I paint how suffering quietly becomes normal in everyday life. Using street cows, informed by cultural observations, I explore psychological experiences through texture, materiality, and expressive brushwork. My intention is to reflect realities we often overlook, gently asking the question — are we all okay?
I aim to create moments of quiet reflection, where overlooked realities and concealed experiences can become visible. Bovine figurative forms and psychedelic textures allow me to explore the themes of vulnerability, endurance, and adaptation. My practice employs various mediums— ranging from raw (non-readymade) canvas to found objects, followed by curiosity & concept.
