Submission Painting

Oxymoron

The exhibition “Oxymoron” elicits a deeper interconnection with other beings. On a daily basis, we connect with others just by looking into their eyes, but if that is taken away, what happens to that connection?

In this exhibition, the characters do not have eyes for that reason. The intention is for the audience to connect on a different level with the paintings, because the pieces are questioning humanity’s most primal instinct - to identify yourself with something that is not there, a perfect imperfection.
