Artist Statement
Anett Alexandra Bulano (born 1987 in Pavlohrad, Ukraine) is a multidisciplinary visual artist based
in Leipzig, Germany. Through abstract macro photography, she transforms natural and man-made
structures into imagined landscapes that exist between observation and inner experience. Her work
explores themes of fragility, transformation and resilience, inviting viewers to reconsider the
relationship between the physical world and the psychological landscapes we inhabit.
