I wanted to submit this photograph because I honestly loved photographing when you can tell hours upon hours of practice, precision, and passion put into making this kitchen work as efficiently as possible. This photo was taken outside a restaurant window where you can freely see them making your dumplings. A simple nod, a simple wave is all I needed to get permission to photograph these young chefs and I love these small interactions with photographing someone's work.
