This project compiles my illustrations into a personalised deck of playing cards, bringing together different bodies of work through a shared visual language. The Jokers feature my Broken Clowns series, inspired by KAWS, while the Jacks are reimagined as armoured knights. The Twos draw from my African heritage and distinctive illustration style. The Queens are based on The Summer We Never Had, a project exploring friendship, distance, and an imagined summer that never happened. By translating these works into playing cards, I explore how personal narratives, cultural influences, and existing illustrations can be transformed into a functional, collectible object.
