Vilnius based illustrator Akvilė Magicdusté believes in the magic of everyday things. She doesn't possess any witchcraft powers herself, except drawing and some skateboarding tricks. She enjoys utilizing bright tropical colors to craft surreal, dreamy, and poetic narratives. In addition to storytelling and illustration, she is creating site specific ceramic installations and murals in public space. She has held solo exhibitions in Brussels, Vienna, Vilnius, Barcelona and Los Angeles and has participated in many group shows in various countries.
