The project constructs a controlled visual environment where groups of individuals are arranged within a rigid system, exploring themes of authority, hierarchy, and repetition.
Through restrained staging, directional lighting, and choreographed poses, the figures appear positioned rather than self-determined, suggesting an external structure shaping their behaviour. Moments of tension and disruption emerge within this system, introducing subtle fractures in control.
Sitting between fashion image-making and contemporary art, the work uses styling, composition, and gesture to build a minimal but charged visual language.
