Sacratos seeks to explore the extreme dimension of cultural and religious practices, where faith and danger intertwine. Through festivals, rituals, and popular celebrations in places such as Mexico, Bolivia, India, and other parts of the world, the project documents the intensity of human experiences on the edge between devotion and risk.

The aim is not merely to capture the visible act of the ritual, but to understand and convey its depth: the emotions, the preparation, the communal participation, and the individual relationship with the sacred. Photography and video become tools to reveal the tension between courage, pain, and aesthetics, offering viewers an authentic glimpse into worlds often misunderstood or overlooked.
