With his work he explores the gap between tactile, analog oil painting and the disembodied techno images behind the glass panes of our computers. He deals with surfaces, body tension and the balancing of objects into figure-like sculptures that create a "dissonant harmony" and leave it open whether their origin lies in the physical-perceivable or the virtual-metaphysical world.
