This is quite a personal drawing for me. I saw a centipede shedding its skin, the softness and vulnerability of it afterwards reminded me of when we change ourselves to fit into the mold other people create: be more beautiful, smarter, quieter etc. Even if it damages us or makes us more vulnerable to people that go out trying to exploit others, we all do it.
