My artwork is about telling deeply personal stories. I search for people that hold my interest and have a story to tell through their face. I have spent a large portion of my practice using acrylics and screen prints however my recent body of work employs hand embroidered decorative motifs as an added element. Although there may not always be material similarities between the different projects they are linked by recurring narratives of the sitter.
