Exhibition Painting

SOFT INTERFERENCE

My practice centers on expressive use of oil sticks on paper, a medium I transform through a distinctive, hands-on approach. By applying pigment directly with my fingers—rubbing, blending, and layering color—I create richly textured surfaces that are both immediate and intuitive. I then use carving tools to incise into the paper, revealing depth and light, and merging painterly and sculptural processes in a two-dimensional form. This playful and imaginative method allows me to depict

At the heart of my practice is a dialogue between humanity and nature. I explore thresholds—day and night, presence and absence, memory and the moment—seeking spaces of reflection and connection. My paintings invite viewers into a contemplative encounter, where the quiet resonance of nature and the infinite cosmos echo their own inner landscapes.
