As an artist, my mission is to point out the unspoken anxieties, the unmentioned mundane, and the inconspicuous margins of the daily life. I borrow a lot from the Impressionists when it comes to subject; trying to capture the life itself, but through the lens of a different era. My work explores a different variety of subjects from the anxiety of finding yourself naked in a field with a black sun to the sweet anticipation of a glass of beer during happy hour.
