This collaboration grew from a request for poetry that could pair with a painting of a giant hippie band marching in a forest (“Psalm of The Forest Giants”). After some context questions, Rebecca returned with a wild short story —her first public work of fiction —that integrated this image and expanded beyond it. Two additional paintings (“Bright Light” and “Wee One”) were created in reaction to the text, completing a full circle of inspiration. The work explores spirituality, phenomena, and our place in the universe.
