The Food Truck Festival combines Scandi design with urban street food at Oslo International Airport.

With the goal of creating an authentic experience the SmartDesign Group (“Smart”) drew from the edgy industrial Blå area of Oslo - where graffiti is a staple and food trucks congregate. This urban inspiration delivers a fun and vibrant atmosphere creating an engaging and immersive environment, differentiating it from your standard food court.

Smart's bespoke branded and custom designed food trucks each express a cheeky, light hearted attitude and identity. Complementing the hip vibe of each brand, the overall area elements are a mix of industrial finishes with elements that are true to Scandi design – a bold and fun colour palette, geometric graphics and patterned wood elements - all adding to the energy of the surroundings.
