I focus on portraiture of different people in my Brooklyn community. This past year was especially difficult for everyone and I tried to cultivate a practice of uplifting friends within the scope of our photoshoots.
The people in these 8 photographs are those who guide me by showing personal strength and resilience. I wanted to showcase this series to remind everyone to continually be more aware and more supportive of each other.
