My work explores the transitional spaces between confinement and liberation.

Whether they are figures constrained by costumes, trapped under a glass dome, or taking refuge in natural shelters, my works examine the fragile structures that each of us builds to navigate life, seeking to break free.

I focus on those moments when the shackles crack, when what is contained spills over. I dwell on the ambivalence of the refuge that can imprison and the prison that seems to protect—that constant back-and-forth between withdrawal and momentum, where each person invents their own escape routes.
