"The shepherd" is a section of the photography journal of my journey around the world. At the end of 2024 I decided to quit my job, my apartment and the country I was living in to start a new life, living as a nomad, traveling and taking pictures with my film cameras.
Fleeting moments, non-places, unexpected encounters, the always changing scenarios, the passing of time, the variation of lights and colours and cultures, the never ending questions that come to my mind while experiencing life at another pace and rhythm.
All of this is leaving a deep impression on me, which I'm trying to capture on film, meditate through words and then visually shaping in my diary once those images have been developed and brought to life to talk back with me.
