Totnes

Totnes has felt the closest to home for me because of my closest friends and its tight-knit community, but I’ve never had a physical space that truly felt like my own—a place where I could settle and feel comfortable. This personal journey of searching for a home is a central theme in my photography project. Through my lens, I try to capture what home means: a feeling of softness, comfort, and an ethereal, picturesque quality representing the home I’ve always yearned for but never quite had. My photographs in Totnes reflect this quest, portraying not just a place, but an emotional landscape—a visual exploration of what home feels like when it’s found in fleeting moments rather than permanent structures.
