Horatio Baltz is a Los Angeles based filmmaker and photographer. He has received training from Alec Soth, Chien-Chi Chang, and Werner Herzog. His work has screened internationally at IDFA, Slamdance, LA Film Festival, Bushwick Film Festival, Kansas City Film Festival, and Havana Film Festival. His work has appeared in The New Yorker, Rolling Stone, Noisey, and various other publications.
