This is a multimedia drawing and paint series that depicts navigating out of complex mental disorder. Each drawing is an understanding of what's happening, needs to happen, or what could help, in order to find liberation from deeply intertwined, confusing, and painful self-protection circuits. Reminiscent of flags or curtains, they symbolize stages that refer to a journey, a quest, and part of the life's 'show' that is its arc. They convey mental, emotional, and spiritual phenomena personal to the artist. There are ten drawings in total--eight are submitted here.
