I am a visual storyteller that uses counter-narratives to start a dialogue on the violent acts of reality and pursues possible social healings through art.
In these works, I found fragmentation, the use of digital glitches (information error or lack of information), and the questioning of the feminine and the women’s construction identity as part of my formal process.
Where is there a safe space to heal? Where can women have a space to free themselves without ending up dead? How to transform what is impossible to forget, like a hole or emptiness that stays, that which still happens to women? How do we confront all of what is not said and still permeates in female bodies?
Using light as a medium, it penetrates and the violent, the fractured, and the crumbling become even more visible.
