Rules of Entry

• This opportunity is only open to Booooooom Members
• Selected applicants will be contacted and asked for high resolution images of their work to be printed in the zine(s)
• All photos must be sent to Booooooom within 1 week of being contacted
• Multiple entires are allowed

Terms and Conditions

• “Tomorrow’s Talent” Zine Series is open for submissions from 5:00PM PST on September 17, 2018 to 11:59pm PST on September 30th, 2018
• Selected applicants will be provided with half of each print run (25 out of 50 zines)
• By submitting an entry you are granting Booooooom Design Inc. permission to publish your submitted images in the printed zine(s) and online on Booooooom.com, as well as all social media channels and email newsletter. You also grant permission for Booooooom Design Inc. to sell the remaining portion of the printed zines (25).
• Selected applicants will be contacted within 3 days of September 30th, 2018
• If you choose to submit work, it must be your own and must not be infringing on any third party’s rights
• Booooooom Design Inc., nor any of its officers, agents, partners, directors and employees are liable for any liabilities, costs, causes of actions, damages and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of the use of the selected photos
• In no event shall Booooooom Design Inc., nor any of its officers, agents, partners, directors and employees be liable to you for anything arising out of your participation in this project
