I was raised by an artist—my father—so art became my natural language. Rather than committing to a single medium, I believe form should respond to concept. This has led me to work across photography, sculpture, video, installation, performance, painting, and drawing.

My practice explores contradiction as a way to access alternative perspectives, challenge beliefs, and confront fear and loss—emotional and material traces that shape identity. Nostalgia and melancholy recur as reflections on time, its residue on people and places, and the loss of innocence. I also address the erosion of trust in contemporary society through irony and skepticism.

Teaching is inseparable from my artistic practice; both inform and enrich one another, fueling my interest in perception, bias, and the intersection of visual and literary languages.
