After studying cadastral engineering at the Distrital University (2009) in Bogotá, Colombia he continued his studies at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) in Mexico City where he received his MFA (2013), also participated in the academic program at SOMA Mexico (2014) and Artists program at Torcuato Di Tella University in Buenos Aires, Argentina (2017).
In the same way, he has participated in artist residencies as TEOR / éTica in San Jose de Costa Rica (2014), Nordisk Kunstnarsenter Dalsåsen in Dale, Norway (2015), 32° East | Ugandan Artists Trust in Kampala, Uganda (2016), Kiosko Residency in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia (2017), Barda del desierto Residency in Rio Negro, Argentina (2019)
