Áurea Pazos is a Mexican/Spanish visual artist and researcher that works with photography, archives and other forms of image-making. Her practice revolves around perception and gradually moves towards memory, technology, language and the ways we construct knowledge through images, often beginning with a simple question and following it wherever it leads. She currently spends her days making and caring for photographs, which is quite enough, and she happens to enjoy it.
