Catherine Canac-Marquis (b. 1988) is a French-Canadian photographer based in Portugal. Addressing the major environmental issues of our century — water scarcity, preservation of natural environments, desertification, climate change — her research-based practice promotes current scientific knowledge, data collection, and field studies.
