Charlotte Apituley is a dutch photographer who lives and works in Amsterdam.
Growing up on the dutch countryside, her work is inspired by nature in it’s beauty, rawness, and sometimes cruelty.
With a background and education in fashion and advertisement, Charlotte has a sharp eye for beauty and warmth but does not hide reality.
After a decade of working as a fashion and wardrobe stylist in tv, film and photography, she picked up her old passion to pursue a career as a photographer. She graduated cum laude at Fotoacademie Amsterdam in 2017 and published her first book: Tunica.
Together with fellow photographer Marijke De Schepper she started photo collective Apituley & De Schepper and published the first issue of A&DS photo magazine. (Out now)
