Crystal Garcia is a visual artist born and raised in Miami, FL. She attended Florida International University where she received her BA in History and Minor in Art as well as her MA in History. Her style is diverse and she uses various media in her work but she prefers acrylic paint, watercolor, and markers. She is influenced by the tropical surroundings of South Florida and is fascinated by the music, art, and fashion of the 1960’s.
