Eliza Lupu is a photographer and visual artist based in Bucharest. She holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from the Photo-Video Department of the National University of Arts in Bucharest.
Her practice explores the ways in which our experience of the world is mediated through the body. Photography is her primary medium. Her projects develop through photographic series and investigate the medium’s ability to express experiences that cannot be fully articulated through
language. Her interest lies in photography’s capacity to make perceptible aspects of experience that ordinarily remain inaccessible.
