Fernanda Solano (Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico, 1992) is a visual artist and authorial photographer. Her practice explores identity, transformation, memory, and absence through photography. Drawing on personal experiences and research, she examines how loss and change transform one's sense of self and relationship with the world. Her work moves between the intimate and the universal, exploring the shifting boundaries between presence and absence, body and memory, and the ways we inhabit the present. Her work has been published in PhotoVogue, MEOW Magazine, and Fisheye MX. She participated in IMAGINATION, Paris (2025), and presents her work in IMAGINATION, Paris, and Confluence, New York, in 2026.
