Hello, I am Cecey Karoki, the founder and C.E.O of Halisi Visions. I am a fashion and portrait photographer based in Washington, D.C..

Born in Silver Spring and raised in Kenya in my developmental years, my perspective is enriched by diverse cultural experiences. With a background in modeling and a deep appreciation for self-expression, I developed a love for photography in 2015. I find joy in in exploring the interplay of color, shape, and creative angles within my work. Through my photography, I hope to ignite a sense of self-discovery, empowerment and artistic expression.
