Libby Gangnes is a Seattle based artist who has only recently decided to bring her work to the public sphere. Self-taught, Libby has developed her artistic self alongside her burgeoning career as a mental health counselor. Libby has found immense joy and relief through the action of creativity in navigating their own mental health. Through this process, Libby aims to accept and utilize mistakes, the raw self, vulnerability, and play to give catharsis and voice to all identities and bodies.

Since going public September 2023, Libby has been invited to regional, national, and international art exhibitions, including; Art on Loop at The Holy Art Gallery in both London and Athens galleries; A Generous Kingdom VIII at Verum Ultimum Art Gallery in Portland, Oregon.
