I am a visual artist from Poland, expressing through site-specific paintings. Thanks to poster and logo design, I got fascinated with turning ideas into simple yet symbolic images. Using this approach in fine arts, led me to launching a personal project named "Malarka" ("Paintress" in Polish).
My friend calls what I do "poetic vandalism" because I paint stories of people or places on ceramic tiles and later paste these dedicated artworks as street-art in related locations around the world. While working, I research the local space, habits and legends, trying to spot interesting patterns and details. I follow my curiosity to capture something new, to tell a different story with my language and to connect.
