Ruben Moutinho is a Portuguese industrial designer, researcher and emerging artist working at the intersection of art, design and technology.

Currently a researcher at Fraunhofer, his professional practice explores human-centred design, emerging technologies and material experimentation. His work has received international recognition, including the European Product Design Award, A' Design Award and International Design Awards.

Alongside his research career, he develops an independent artistic practice focused on transforming discarded prototypes and experimental materials into unique sculptural works.

Through his project *The Form That Remained*, he explores material memory, transformation and the relationship between function, value and artistic expression.
