I'm Arina Kokoreva — a visual artist working as MYNAH FM, creating for and with musicians, filmmakers, publishers and creative communities internationally, including The New Yorker, Vanity Fair, FXX/Hulu and the David Lynch Foundation among many collaborators. My practice moves between illustration, animation, album artwork and video. MYNAH FM combines a visual arts studio with a metaphysical radio station — concept born out of my lifelong fascination with radio — a space for curated playlists, alternative movie posters and mixed-media experiments. I’m interested in world-building that unifies imaginary and real, scientific and mystical, draws both from personal and common experiences. Always up for switching gears styl and media-wise, I root myself in music, observation and ever-expanding love of human culture.
