I am a visual artist and painter with a BFA from Universidad de Chile. My work explores the boundary between the corporeal, fragmentation, and the uncanny nature of living matter. Rather than replicating the traditional human figure, my process stems from disobedience and experimentation: I melt and deconstruct everyday objects like plastic dolls to use as analog models. Through oil painting, a warm, saturated palette, and organic textures, I transform inanimate mass into an architecture of flesh. My practice also encompasses scenic design, mask-making, puppetry, and stop-motion animation, always investigating volume and objects as catalysts for fiction and memory.
