Emela Brace Nomolos is a contemporary mixed media artist working across painting, sculptural objects, and mixed media.
Her practice explores memory, symbolic structures, feminine identity, and transformation merging figuration, abstraction, and material experimentation with natural gemstones, textured surfaces, and sculptural elements. Her works exist simultaneously as image and object.
Through mythology, historical iconography, and contemporary social narratives, she investigates personal memory and collective consciousness. Her work champions SDG 5 Gender Equality, featured in The 34 Gallery interview with Christine Demmelmaier (UN).
Exhibited internationally in New York, Paris, Berlin, Milan, Dubai, Oman, Switzerland, and Miami.
