PATRICIA BORGES (Rio de Janeiro, 1974) Photographer and multimedia artist, she explores with images the details and fragments that mark the passage of time, both in nature and within the built environment. From 2018, she started using photographs as a material for composing installations and three-dimensional art objects, many of them were discarded after being digitized, integrating her research on the ephemerality of matter. Graduated in architecture, photography, cinematography and screenplay. Awarded at the biennials of Florence and Rome. Her work has been featured in numerous publications and exhibitions around the world and it is part of major private collections. Recent exhibitions include Le 228e Salon des Artistes Français, Grand Palais - Paris, Tokyo Art Fair - Japan, Copenhagen Photo Festival and Artexpo NY
