I am second year fine art student, but I started being an artist as soon as I was capable of holding a pen.
My work is usually about the spiritual aspect of eating, from the perspective of the expression “you are what you eat”. I use painting, collage and other media to explore this idea and the role that certain animals like the fish or the rabbit play in it for me. I like to draw from my own experiences growing up, my passion for food critique and other cultures which rely on animals to survive in order to build my own mythology.
I am also interested in the magical aspect of art and its ability to transform and shape reality.
