Rebecca Soliman was born in Southern Germany to a German mother and Egyptian father.
It was her upbringing and life in Germany that set the cornerstone for Rebecca´s strong sense for discovering different cultures and wanting to be of service to others as well as finding her own self and expressing herself creatively.

I came to photography not through an academic career choice.
Instead it was my choice to travel and experience life around the world.
My images are the result of curious and courageous wanders.
