Rev Wu is a Taipei-based visual artist whose practice emerged from a profound personal transformation. While pursuing a graduate degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, a life-altering car accident and subsequent coma fundamentally shifted his trajectory. During his recovery, Wu turned to self-taught photography as a primary tool for reconstruction—attempting to articulate fragmented mental imagery and complex, wordless emotions through his lens.
His work explores the boundaries of perception and the internal landscapes of the subconscious. Wu’s distinctive vision has led to collaborations with VogueMe for their "Strange Me Era" project and earned him the role of Gaffer on the award-winning film God is Watching (44th Golden Harvest Awards).
A frequent lecturer at institutions such as Shih Chien University and Shih Hsi
