I find myself at a turning point where I want my photos to convey more than just a moment in time or cool visual; I want them to tell a coherent story about something happening in the world that impacts people's lives. I am seeking the tools to effectively impart the tension beneath every glance, and approach scenes with intentionality.
I use photography to find connection, and refine a skill that lets me enjoy my own company. It's a bit of whiplash: I spent my youth thinking an education would translate to a certain future. Now I lay the foundation for a new story.
