Tal Brushel is a self-taught photographer working primarily with analog film. His practice moves between editorial fashion, documentary, and conceptual photography, seeking the tension between precision and emotion, nature and the human presence. With a singular aesthetic, he creates images that are both minimal and tactile, where memory, material, and light intertwine.
Beyond commissioned work, Tal is developing long-term projects that explore materiality, time, and landscape, often leading into exhibitions and photobooks. His approach frames photography as a space of stillness and resonance—an invitation to look slower, deeper, and to sense what exists in-between.
