Tsjisse is a Dutch illustrator from Groningen, The Netherlands, where he creates his work with analogue imagery, mainly ink and acrylics, combined with digital techniques. Layering the pieces together and giving them a vivid colour palette, blending figurative and abstract elements, his work guides viewers through a playful mix of disorientation and recognition. His clients include The New York Times, The New Yorker, and WeTransfer.
When he’s not working, you’ll find him wandering in nature, filling sketchbooks while listening to audiobooks.
