Tự Anh (b. 2003, Quy Nhơn) has been developing a lens-based practice that often reflects on the everyday and his evolving sense of self within it. Forging his own learning path through the liberal arts, he hones his craft to explore the complexities of the human condition in relation to the authorship of representation and unquestioned social codes. Through his work, he attempts to tease out the material and social forces that shape these dynamics.

Currently, he works as a creative freelancer, taking on various ad hoc projects across filmmaking, photography, creative direction, curation, and the production and programming of artistic initiatives and cultural programs.
