British sculptor Alex Chinneck places knots in seemingly un-knottable things as part of his latest project. Currently on display at the German Museum of Kirchheim Unter Teck in Stuttgart, “Birth, death and a midlife crisis” features a series of mind-bending interventions including the knotting of a broom handle, a wooden pillar and a 450-year-old column!
