A selection of work by Brooklyn-based artist and illustrator Ellie Ji Yang. Drawn to all things “heartwarming, cheerful and peaceful,” Yang describes her work as inspired foremost by the colours and beauty of nature, explaining further:
“While creating these worlds, I imagine myself dwelling in them, which slowly fills me with a sense of relaxation and happiness. And most importantly, I apply lot of focus on expressing my images in unfiltered direction, because I believe rawness can never get old.”
