Photographer Spotlight: Ryan Molnar

Images by San Francisco-based photographer and installation artist Ryan Molnar. Molnar’s work explores stillness— “the quiet moments before a transition, a fracture; chaos”. He explains:

“In our current time of  hyper-connection, overstimulation, climate change, and global social / economic / political unrest, everything is so complex it becomes abstracted within comprehension. This work is an investigation of this feeling of anxiety within stillness. It is an attempt to describe contemporary experience mediated by technology, located somewhere between us, our screens, and the sky.”
